We deliver physical products across Equatorial Guinea and major cities in West and Central Africa. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your location.

Malabo and Bata: 1–3 business days. Other West African cities: 3–7 business days. Digital products (gift cards, vouchers) are delivered instantly via email.

Unopened physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Digital products like gift cards are delivered to your email immediately after payment. Redeem them in the Betex app under Rewards → Gift Cards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, mobile money (MTN, Orange), and Flutterwave. All prices are shown in XAF unless otherwise noted.

After checkout you receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order reference for a status update.
